I'm a fairly consistent Griot's user, and my opinion is that their site/products are geared towards the individual enthusiast; car collectors as opposed to pro detailers. A pro needs to work fast - I don't. A pro has to keep unit cost in mind at all times - an individual can splurge now and then. One of the earlier comments was spot-on: they are not geared towards the detailing industry. High quality but commensurately high prices. The car wash stuff is awesome and works
really well in my foam gun.
One advantage that I have in my area is that we have a Complete Garage retail store. They carry all Griot's stuff - catalog prices, but no shipping.
