Well it comes down to comunicating what your expectations are, I mean right from the get go you have to clearly exlain/state what and how you would like to receive your vehicle.
Every dealership preps a vehicle, this I understand becuas from what I've been told only the dealership can remove the packaging tape and so on. If I remember corectly it has to do with a liability issue but I'm honestly not a 100% sure about that I could be out to lunch here.

But to be honest even if the dealership does not touch the vehicle, you'll still find the odd swirl/imperfection on the vehicle. Transportation of new vehicles is quite harsh on them, unless they are delivered like the way Porche is delivering there vehicles, completely covered nothing is exponsed on them. It's quite the sight
