This detail was done to increase value of the car being put up for sale.The paint had very bad oxidation and was dull and lifeless.The swirling was as bad as ive seen and most were deep. We decided to go with one pass with SIP , orange pad and that would be good enough for sale. I got about 85 -90% correction not to bad with one pass,only the deep stuff remained which would have had to been heavy compounded and some needed wet sand.
-Wash - foam gun [DP soap] , wheels and tires with
ARO,Engine degrease with megs degreaser.
-Polished with menzerna SIP via FLEX and orange 6.5 LC pad
-VMG with white pad and
PC
-Wax applied by hand , new Liquid Souveran polycharged - removed by hand.
-Outside glass polished VMG
-Engine bay dressed with 303
-Door jams wiped down with megs ultimate QD
-Interior wiped down with 303 ,glass with SC
-tires dressed with bold n bright and wheels sealed with
KAIO
-Final wipe down for owner inspection with megs QD
