I would have to agree, in my case it was user error as the second time around Divine behaved as it should have....I still need more practice with Swissvax wax's though...but this thread it great to read as it's very informative and interesting to hear others experiance.

What did you do that was incorrect? I would like to know because I have Divine coming in and the last thing I want is to be wasting this wax!
