Links into the site are needed as well.
Don't forget your headers and meta tags
Flash sites fail with search engines because they don't have any "physical content" for the crawlers to work through

To see what google has stored about your site, type
site:yourdomain.com
see what comes back, mine has 182 pages identified so far AND is growing exponentially (not too bad for a site that only physically has 15 pages)
