The best thing I have bought recently is the
World's Greatest Boar's Hair Wheel Brush from DD. Until I got this I was using at least three different brushes on some of my wheels. The long soft bristles reach in and clean everywhere, even around the lug nuts.
This wouldn't be my first choice for a neglected wheel, but for a wheel that you regularly maintain this guy works great.
