Default Finally picked up the Ultimate Detailing Machine!

Finally bought my Ultimate Detailing Machine from Chemical Guys over the weekend and I can't wait to try it out. I picked up the Laser Buff as was recommended by one of the guys that works there. Finally getting the tools I need to get some serious work done. Just seems like my direct deposit = direct deposit into CG's bank account.

Hoping to give it a good run this weekend. I have a lot to learn but I'm learning fast from this forum and the guides posted.

I'll be getting pictures up soon but I have to say the vibrations aren't quite as bad as I imagined them to be. A lot of people had been saying the vibrations were out of control. I only noticed this to be true when using the handle but if you put your hand just above the rotating part or just use it without the handle, there are barely any vibrations. it's a great machine so far I just think i'm in need of a much better polish.

will have pics up soon.

I am glad you are having good luck with the UDM. Personally, it gave me more vibrations than a Dutch whore on Euro night.

LOL it did for me as well... though.. in not so many words but that was before I took off the handle. With that handle it is near impossible to operate.

Now how did I miss that one?? The key P1et, just like with the UDM, is that you have to hold them with BOTH hands...even doing that reverse cowgirl thing
