Default What's Your Ratio?

I wasn't quite sure which sub-forum this thread would fit in so I just made an educated guess and ended up here. Anyway, so what's your dilution ratio for the following things?

*Chemical, Solution : Water => i.e. Woolite, 10:1

- Interior cleaning:
- Engine cleaning:
- Wheel cleaning:
- Foam gun:
- Trim dressing:
- Tire dressing:
- Gentle car wash shampoo (non-wax-stripping):
- Car wash shampoo (wax-stripping):

- Polish mixtures:

I use whatever the situation calls for, but here's my usuals
- Interior cleaning: PowerClean 3:1
- Engine cleaning: PowerClean 1:1 or full strength
- Wheel cleaning: PowerClean 3:1 or stronger
- Foam gun: Optimum Carwash 3:1 in the tank, 4:1 setting (gives 1oz per gallon at tip)
- Trim dressing: Hitemp Bumper & Molding Renew, full strength
- Tire dressing: TOTL Best Dressed 1:1 via Wagner Control Spray
- Gentle car wash shampoo (non-wax-stripping): Optimum
- Car wash shampoo (wax-stripping): I prepsol to get wax off

- Polish mixtures: Ardex Smartcut Compound- Optimum Polish 70-30%
- Other misc. mixtures:[/quote] ONR @QD strength with 10% denatured alcohol on windows.

The ratio depends on what company's chemicals you are using. If it is a general use chemical it then depends on what you are cleaning and what surface you are cleaning on. All those products have different formulas. Then it also depends on how much you pay for your chemicals too.

$10 a gallon of 20:1 concentrate is the same as
$5 a gallon of 10:1 concentrate

As a general rule:
$10-$12 a gallon for a 20:1 cleaner/degreaser is average
