Here is what I know about Vintage, Calgary might know more:

$80-100 per refill each time you sent it back.

shipping the container back to Zymol will be on your dime. You pay for it going to ZYMOL and shipping back to you.

Also if you refill more than once a year you will be called out/ it will be show red lights....

You can not reg under your company name.

This is what I was told by my Zymol insider.

there are lots of misconceptions on Vintage. Including in thi statement, sorry phil, no trying to call you out. Simply stating it as is

1. It does not cost anything to refill. I have heard if you do not clean the tub they will and charge you, however the actull wax is not an extra cost... so the 2k is all the wax yu could ever want

2.you do pay shipping both way Wich isnt to much. It got shipped via ups to my house for 35usd.. so im going to assume that thoe in the states will pay less...

3. When they say unlimted refills they mean it. I had it for just under 3 months and sent it back. Diane was very helpfull, did not question em at all. Simply let me know how things worked. So no problem there.
4. I have never asked (as i have no need right now) but I have heard it is for personal use only. They dont sent you a statment of this, or make you sign anyhing so i guees ignorance is bliss...

but yes at the end of the day, you can send it when you want, you do pay for shipping but its not as heafty as you would think....

nope you have the vintage so your not really calling me out that's just what my Zymol contact mentioned to me.

I would wonder if you go back to them for a refill after 1 month what they would say....

Hey I'm here to off you product so I welcome all the accurate information I can get.
