Edge Adapter for Flex 3401 is out
Just got a PM from Edge over on AGO. This sucker's out! I wonder if I can further rig it to accept a 3M BP?

Now is this for just the metal adapter and no plate..using your exsisting one...I am not sure I like the design of the plate shown...it does not look like it incorporates the gear drive....need to see more info on it...and what it includes and views of both sides of the plate....I will wait till its out awhile..as Flex will not warranty any machine with modified plates...thats what I was told...

I have no idea Al. I can't access the video that's on that page to see what the conversion entails. But when I first saw it, I too thought it didn't look like it incorporates the gear drive.
Unless the gear teeth are on the other side of the plate that's shown. I'll be waiting on this also, but just wanted to share.

I'd love to do this with the edge pads, but I have way too many lake country and sonus pads. IF someone wanted to trade or buy them off me I'd be willing to upgrade to this system.

I've got more than enough pads now also. I know when the Flex DA first came out, a lot of people were wanting to get one, but were bound to the Edge system.
I know of one AGO member that's purchased the adapter plate. Hopefully he posts something within the next week or so for those others that have Edge pads waiting around and are using their Flex DA with a limited number of velcro backing pads.
