With the traffic you are getting, and how it is growing, a dedicated server would be a good nec step. You may want to have it hosted on a UNIX/Linux platform if it's not already.
It will cost more for a dedicated server, but you should also have higher support levels. Make sure that you get a service level agreement from your hosting provider. Yes, I'm looking at either changing hosts or just upgrading the account. I hate seeing the site go down drives me nuts.

So the forum will be upgraded soon, I don't mind spending the extra ca$h to keep it up.
