Feature for the Certified Dealers
I've been trying to work this feature out for the Detailing Bliss Certified Dealers. As some of you may have notice I've added two sub-forums to the Dealers. One is the "Order" sub forum and the other one is "Service and Satisfaction" sub forum. The intention of these sub forums is that when you place an order from any of the Certified Dealer and if you have any questions or concern’s regarding your order you may post it on the appropriate forum. I would recommend you include your order number to make it easer for the Dealer to find and help you with your question/concerns.
The "Service and Satisfaction" sub forum is for members who purchase from the Certified Dealers to post there feed back, honest feed back. It goes with out saying but I'm going to say it anyways. When providing feed (back good or bad) it's important to maintain a certain level of respect, there is no need to use inappropriate words or foul language if you are truly upset about the service you received please express your opinion as best as possible because it's important to the Dealers in order to improve customer service.
Detailing Bliss does not accept responsibility for any orders. That interaction is between the Dealer and the member. However, I will personally help in anyway possible to help the transaction go as smooth as possible. Just send me a PM if you need help and I'm more then willing to do so.
