Well the good news is that the new dedicated server is ready to go, Mike will be commencing migration of the Detailing Bliss files on Friday August 1, 2008 at approximately 4:00 PM (can't remember where he's located but his in the US some where )

So what this means is that Detailing Bliss may be down for worse case scenario 48hrs wile the DNS updates, Mike informs me that the DNS update should take about 6hrs but worse case is 48rs.

So the bad news is that during that time the forum may not be available for members to log in, post or even view On the plus side, once this is complete the forum should operate at a faster rate and I'll have all the space I need, well that is until the forum expands that I'll need to upgrade the server again but the new dedicated server will have plenty of space for Detailing Bliss to grow.

So like I have said, please bare with us wile Detailing Bliss is being transfered and my apologies for the inconvenience. I promise I'll do my best (with the help of Mike and others) to keep the forum up and running as much as possible, personally I hate it when the forum goes down, just hate it. Every second it's down feels like years to me

Just received a few messages from Mike saying that he will start the migration process tomorrow, he has his normal job during the day so some time in the after noon he will initiate the migration process so Detailing Bliss may/will be down during this time.

So if some of you experience difficulties loading up or accessing Detailing Bliss tomorrow afternoon this is why.

Hopefully a few more hours and Detailing Bliss will be up and running in it's new server, I hope

This is a good thing as it will only help DB, I know I will be checking waiting to see when it comes back up!! DB is the best forum and is well worth the wait of 48 hrs even though it will feel like a year.
