Hey guys,
on my fifth jet black car in a row (BMW e90) and the longer I've had black cars the further I've slipped into the addiction. I ended up finding DB in trying to find Canadian detailing supplies - and found loads of info!! I've tried Zaino and Carnaubas and hoping to try even more combos until I get one that works (looking at trying the CG sealant followed by wax combo next) From reading the forums for a bit it looks like I should accept the fact the addiction is not curable?? Thanks for the welcome. So this is Automotiveobsessive Anonymous then? Perfect!
IFR, yep. I fly for pleasure but not professionally. I really think a black car looks best when done right. What i do find is that the little pit marks from sand and salt in the winter make the entire front end a slightly greyish color come spring. But this year I'm going to do something about it!! What that is...I have no clue...hehehe. A J |

Welcome Foggy!! Whereabouts in Canada are you located? We've got quite a few from Calgary and a few of us from Ontario as well. I'm from the Windsor area. Sounds to me like Menzerna is about to become your best friend in your quest to perfect your black finish!
