this is pretty old, theres a video with the entire phone call. Its pretty funny stuff.
He probably shat his pants after his peak. which is longer than usual becomes he consumed it, because the brownie just sits in your stomach and digests slowly, releasing THC. A normal high lasts around 2-3 hours if smoked. So imagine being extermely paranoid and anxious for 8 hours because you called the cops on yourself.
