Wheel Wells, Rims and Tires Rims, wheel wells and tires make a bold statement for the appearance of the vehicle, do you know how to properly detail these key components? Would you like to learn?

I too learned the hard way to use it on tires & wheelwells first before working on the rest of the car.

You can vary the amount of shine by applying more than one coat. One offers some shine while two offers quite a bit more.

I've used the aerosol before, it was a bit too matte for me. I'm also a big fan of tire gels. I apply the tire gel to a yellow foam pad. Once the pad gets primed up a little goes a long way. I had this little trick when it came to tire gels. I sprayed a water-based product onto the tire first, very thin. Then apply the gel. I felt that it bonded better and left very very little sling.

Thats the same process that I do to!
