Adam's Undercarriage Spray works great for wheel wells. Leaves a great grape smell too.
Not sure about calipers.
CG Bare Bones is also for wheel wells.

To clean the wells? Hi-Temp Tire Cleaner.

To dress the wells? Meguiar's Hyper Dressing.

Unless you don't like wiping up the wheel well dressing (it takes like 1 minute to wipe down all 4 wells) then those two products will give you fantastic results at a reasonble price.

to clean wheel wells- cg grime reaper or p21s total auto wash(and a brush or mitt to agitate)
To dress wheel wells-cg bare bones or armor all tire foam
To clean calipers- P21s wheel gel or anything you use on paint or wheels ( and a brush to agitate)
when you clean the calipers/ wheels you could. should apply a wheel wax or a sealant to them to help with cleaning, I recommend swissvax wheel wax or poorboys wheel sealant.

I've had great success with either an APC diluted 4:1 or P21S TAW for cleaning wheel wells. For dressing them, I have really only used AA Tire Foam and have still yet to try Adam's Undercarriage Spray, CG Bare Bones, Meg's HD, and Stoner's More Shine.

I clean with Aro or TCC and dress with either Adams undercarriage, bare bones, or 303. For most cars i prefer Adams but on my car plastic fenders i like 303.
