Basically I need something thats about as cost effective as Megs wheel brightener yet as safe to use as the P21s gel. Does anyone know if Valugards custom wheel cleaner is pH neutral and wont harm any wheel surface or braking system?

I find P21S a little pricey but worth the cost considering how much your wheels are worth.
