I prefer to use a dedicated leather cleaner that has been made and tested for leather, it is just safer IMO. I like LeatherMasters and Sonus. I think using an APC on leather is too risky, but that is just me.

As you are actually cleaning a polyurathene covering; a diluted mild APC should be fine

I too stick to a dedicated leather cleaner, currently I've been using the Zymol Leather Cleaner and I'm happy with it...so far.
I'm not sure about the APC I too rather play it safe but just my

With the polyurethane coated leather you are fine with a mild APC, the problem lies in the fact that you think you know it is coated leather but there may be a smart repair on one of the leather panels or the entire seat. It is not very difficult to lift up some dyes. It is generally a good idea to stick to a dedicated leather cleaner.
