I asked Paul the same question and he said the Lightning Fast that is why i have a gallon and it is very good stuff in my opinion....i dilute 15:1

I used Folex on a nasty coffee stain and it worked great!
I have used ARO on Mr.'s cotton shirt to get out some major ink stains with no damage to the shirt. Not sure how it would work on Carpet
