Default Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol = IPA

I have a bottle labeled Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol in the bathroom closet - can i use this w/ equal parts distilled water - for my IPA solution after polishing? Is Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol different then Isopropyl Alcohol?

Based on what I read on wiki, it seems they are the same thing.
