Default carnauba sweating question

i know your supposed to let the carnauba sit in the sun after it has been buffed off for higher end waxes, but what if the day is cloudy?. or rainy

Well to be honest I hardly ever bring out the vehicle after I'm done waxing it with a high end wax. So what I do is just let it sit over night and then I give it a Field Glaze final wipe down.

Calgarydetail and I noticed that Vintage sweat's quite fast...well depending on the temperature too.

Yup, that should do but yes it's very dependent on humidity.

Its the oils in the wax - they can raise to the surface and this leaves marks on the paintowrk that typically resemble machine holograms... but are easily wiped off with a little water or quick detailer.

I tend to use Last Touch, occassionally Field Glaze or Quick Finish.

I find a couple of hours indoors in the wonderful Scottish temperatures is more than enough.

Yes, sorry my technical term for it is "sweat" hahaha but it's what Dave said and I agree with Dave

The funny thing is that the first time I started using Zymol wax's man was I ever mad about what I thought were holograms I couldn't beleave I got holograms then I started reading and started using Field Glaze and give a final wipe down.

I read about some people fridging their field glaze first, then using it as the final wipe down. Would that make a difference at all?

I don't fridge my Field Glaze oh but I know the older versions of Field Glaze you really did have to fridge it or at least keep it in a cool/cold place.

The new versions of Field Glaze I dont put in a my fridge, I just make sure it's in a nice and cool place along with all my other wax's.

Hopefully soon I'll be purchasing a large wine cooler and I'll move my entire wax collection and other things that need to be kept cool in it. But I'm having a hard time picking the right cooler

x100

There are good AND bad reviews on everything ive looked at. Makes me think everything out there is a waste unless you go all out and get a big one that can fit 30 or 40 bottles..
