You got that right. Heh, another member from 247, w00t! What color MS3? 08.5? MGM? Can I assume you can be jealous of my AccessPort?

You shouldn't need to clay the car twice in a week or two. You could actually end up doing more harm than good.

Hey hey! I have a 2008.5 Crystal Pearl White MS3

The AccessPort is definitely nice, but I'm working with my sponsors to using the ProEFI on my car (PowerLab Engineering are doing first test fabrications of their turbo kit on my car).

Back to the topic: I hear I only need to really clay about 1-2 a year. I just know that I should clay it to get that shipping contaminants off the car before it's more than 2 months old!

Going to use Mother's Clay Bar with the QD then re-wax with maybe 2 coats of NXT 2.0. Unless 2 coats is overkill /shrug (then I'll use the Meguiar's Ultimate QD for post-washes)

CWP, nice! Dunno if 2 coats of NXT is overkill as I've never used it.

two coats is overkill IMO

nxt has cleaners, and will remove the underlying layer.

plus i never saw any improvement in terms of durablitly or looks layering NXT
