Here is what you can do.... Take that plastic that has separated, and put it into a pan of water on the stove. Just heat the water until bubbles start to appear on the bottom of the pan. By that time, the wax might have separated from the container.

Removing it, you might be able to remove the large chuck of wax from the broken jar and place it into the new one. Then pour the melted wax back into the new one and place it into your refrigerator. You don't want to loose any of the solvent they use.

That was expensive wax. Do these instructions at your own risk. YMMV Good luck.

Tell them that you want a Crystal Rock container to replace your current container. It's the least they can do!!!

they said they would send me a new empty tub if i wanted .
ahh screw it .i know if i try to pop this wax out its going right on the floor. and then ill end up steping on it best ill leave it as is .

I dropped my P21S 100% yesterday... I'm so happy that there was a plastic liner to save my wax from destruction!!!!

Who cares if the Jar is lined? the important thing is are you getting the amount of wax that they claim. in fact is is probably lined for just this reason, that wax you break the container and not have your wax on the floor.
