hey i just wanted to start a thread to see how evryone goes about finishing off the paint of the cars after a good polish. steps and products please thanx guys

I normally apply a glaze or pre-wax cleanser (Zymol HD Cleanse or Meg's #7 is typically what I use), apply an LSP (I frequently use a Zymol Carnauba wax), and give it a QD wipedown after the wax has been given ample time to cure (I like Meg's UQD or Last Touch and wait a minimum of 4 hours). After abrasive polishing
first option - Prima Amigo by orbital or rotary let it sit on the paint for an hour followed by Driven Marine sealant glaze straight over the top of Amigo Two thin coats of Driven to seal Second option - Toughseal step 1 and 2 by hand Gives a really clear and wet finish Third option Ultra Gloss superpolish by orbital Then a sealant coat by hand fourth option - Glare Zero, Micro Finish and Advanced super long term sealant fifth option - Aussie Gold showroom sealer glaze spray by rotary and orbital to glaze the paint then three spray on coats of it to seal for six months sixth - Zaino Just about to get some to test out |
