How do these pads compare to the Lake Country pads in your opinion? I've seen some good posts from people using the 3M pads.

Well what I enjoy about the pads is how well they perform with Menzerna, if your using a rotary, the Black Polishing pad works extremely well. If you really need to step it up to remove some serious deep scratches then you can step up to the Compounding pad but for the most part the Black Polishing pad will get the job done. Nice thing about the pads (minus the compounding pad) they are quite soft and there is no chance of damaging any edges with the pads. Depending on the vehicle the Blue 3M UK pad can get the job done and what I enjoy about the blue pad is how soft it is and how well it works. In general the pads are just great to work with, I own the full set of Lake Country pads and they are just sitting with the rest of the detailing collection, before I went with the 3M UK pads I used the Sonus pads. Sonus pads are incredible, just love the amount of foam. I enjoyed the Sonus pads so much that I purchased a case of each. Having said that, my go to pads are either 3M UK pads or Sonus, but for the most part 3M UK comes through for me.

Well I hope this helps.
