Mine will charge, but the charge doesn't last. It was like that when I took it out of the package. I'll just have to find some batteries for it.

Mine is doing the same thing. I notice with both bulbs lit it's really dim so I've been using one bulb and it seems to be working better. I figured it was because I left it in the garage this winter to freeze, but maybe not.
