any more info on the charging problem.? i just got one from a member and the thing wont charge.

and it was brand new still in the package.

Mine is doing the same thing. I notice with both bulbs lit it's really dim so I've been using one bulb and it seems to be working better. I figured it was because I left it in the garage this winter to freeze, but maybe not.
