So this is a dual action machine thats more powerfull than a PC? How easy could damage be done with this tool in the hands of inexperience.....namely me
Can the Edge 2000 pads be used with it or just the hook n loop style?

Tuned down the speed and it will be as safe as PC. Up the speed and it will get more dangerous than PC but not as dangerous as rotary. So use common sense, keep that dial down, and keep checking how hot paint is, and you should be fine.


No aftermarket backing plates nor adapters will work on this machine, sorry. In other words: No Edge 2000.

I really don't think it would be unless you were absolutely sold on only using the edge system.
