Default Defelsko PTG question.....DFT - 6K

Can anyone just give me a quick primer on the differences between the 2

Just short of the ability to communicate to the Positest software, just want a PTG to give me readings. I like the footprint and display size of the DFT. Never will intend to detail on the side as this is just a hobby for me....

So tell me, for those who've been in the same boat or have simply upgraded to the 6K series, what are the pros/cons/major differences between the 2.

TIA

Well to be honest the DFT vs the 6000 model are about the same, the bigest difference is that with the 6000 you can store readings and with the software you can down load them o your laptop and print them off.

Sounds to me like the DFT is more for your need, if all you want to do is take readings then the DFT is what you need. Besides the price is definetly right for the DFT

the 6000 has many, many more features but that's just the main one for me
