Default Extractor and Steamer or All-in-One?

So I have been debating what I should start saving up for as far as interior cleaning is concerned since I think I'm covered pretty well with the exterior stuff.

What would be better to go with? A Mytee 8070 and Therma-Kleen Vapor Chief or Vapor Clean Desiderio?

I've heard great things about the 8070 and Vapor Chief but not so much the Desiderio. I don't need to make a quick decision on this one but it would really help to know so it's one less thing I have to decide on later in the future.

So what do you guys/gals think?

I bought the Gaia model. The only thing I don't like about it is the name, LOL. It has really impressed me both on the grout in the house as well as on vehicle interiors. It's a lot less $$ than the other one, you might consider it.

Give Kevin Farrell at Kleen Car Auto a call for info on the Desiderio, nice guy.

I debated getting a Desiderio or separate units, separate units won out. If you get a Desiderio and it breaks, you are out a steamer and extractor while if you have separate units you can get by a lot better being one machine down.

I have an 8070 and like it a lot, however it is a bit heavy if you are doing mobile work. I'm part time so it's not a big issue for me - I like having the larger rinse/recover tanks over the Aztec (the other extractor I was considering)

Don't have a vapor streamer....yet. But from what I hear about the Therma-Kleen is, you are looking at the Cadillac of steam cleaner.

That's a great point 1f1fan. I'd be out of both if the unit did indeed fail. I suppose it's an even better idea to purchase the Desiderio as well as the 8070 and Vapor Chief.

I guess I'll have to go with the cheaper option for the time being.
