I went and cleaned out the local Big Lots a couple of weeks ago when they had the tw stuff on sale. Got some nice applicators and mitts. Good deal.

The nearest K-mart is an hour away =(

Heath- you are always wiping out Big Lots!!

They always do have some great deals. They still have a lot of the Megs brushes here really cheap.

The only Megs brushes they have here now are the big wide ones.

Yeah. Sometimes you find some good stuff there.

Big Lots also has Ultima Nascar Tire shine or something like that for 3 bucks. It's like 23 oz of water based dressing that is quite easy to use and looks good -- a deep black look with slight shine. Can't beat it for $3...

They still have a bunch of the Long Haul polish at the local BL. I've got 3 of the Long Haul QD's. They have some nice gloss and only $3 each.

Ok, I recently picked up about 3 packs of MF wash mitts at Costco. They come 3 to a pack and are like little MF fingers sticking out all around. I have not officially done a cd test on them, but washed my A6 this afternoon with ONR and they preformed very well. They also come with a big @ss blue MF towel, which would be good for odds and ends, for about $6. They seem to pick dirt off the car fairly well, and respond well to grit guards in the rinse bucket. Not all the dirt comes loose, but they stay in good shape until you start getting to the lower parts of panels and bumpers.
