I think you might have a better chance if you glue the Velcro to a round piece of hard plastic and then when it's fully dried glue that to the face of the pad,why ?well I'm thinking it would be easier to remove a pad from a solid piece of Velcro than a Velcro which is just attached to a sponge,I Hope it makes sense what I'm saying,remember you'll be as you said putting on and taking off the pads from the Velcro many many times .

Now that looks like my idea exactly! Call my attorney! Hmmmm....maybe I'm better off spending the 10-15 bucks to try one of those.
