Default MF cloths.......

Been looking for some good bulk buy options for a variety of MF cloths. Ultra smooth or Ultra plush, what's the difference and do they have specific uses ?

Only ever bought the Meguiars Super terry cloths, which of the PakShak, Detailers Domain or Chemical guy's MF cloths do you recommend or are they all much of a muchness ? Looking at getting a complete range to replace my Meguiars stuff and need cloths for the following :

Polish and wax removal
Glass cleaning
Drying (preferably a waffle type cloth as they seem to work well for me)
Wheels
Interior

All are preferably lint free and would like to keep them colour coded so it's easy to identify what cloth is used for what job.

The sponsors here have some nice towels. I've got some from Detailers Domain and ObsessiveDetail. Theyre both have some hi-quality towels. I love the yellow/black from OD and I like the red/black from D.D.

I believe on these towels one side has a nice plush side for wax/sealant removal and the other side has a short nap for polish removal. Not sure if I've seen the ultra smooth.

Get some All-pupose towels for wheels, glass, and interior.

detailers domain towels will not unimpress.

I use costco's for interior, glass, and wheel wiped downs.

lookign at picking up eshine towels and aquatouch towels just to try as I've heard alot about them.

I think the CG is a good towel. My friend uses them...but the DD are the way to go to me. (i have like 150 by now....3 big boxes full!)

CG's Micros are Awesome, they come back just as clingy as new after washing

EL Gordo's - polish/wax removal
Ultra Fine - Glass cleaning and some wax removal
Fluffer - always use it for removing carnaubas, I would use it for everything if I could but they arent cheap

I have over 200 Pakshak towels, ultra-plush and ultra-fine. They are the best ones I have used out a variety of others. I would like to try phil's since he is alot closer. Hint, Hint Phil.

You can use the ultra plush for anything paint related. Then get WW for drying, glass towel for glass, etc.

Oh I totally, 100% agree..I talk to some old school detailers and they ask me what type of towels I'm using and I say MF and they scratch there head and say what's that? I smile a little hahahahahaa...but MF is an incredable product...wish they made pants and shirts out of the stuff lol.
