If you are going to use anything orange or more aggressive you should just use wool. Wool cuts better and levels the paint better which in turn gives you a better finish.

You actually need to step up to a full wool pad, works even better than a foamed wool
pad.

Orange 5.5 CCS pad on my PC Its allways been enough for me

and if it ain't broke don't fix it

Sorry but there is no way you can do full correction with a pc and orange pad. You might make the vehicle look a little better but not to the point a wool pad and then a foam pad with finishing polish will.

I see no problem with that but after you use that, try a full wool pad and you will see even more of a difference.

My car as Very fresh paint so its more of an upkeep on those spots that get alot of swirls, I allways follow up with a white pad with a finishing polish. I know its not going to get the correction a Rotary will but I don't have a rotary & don't have the cash to buy one

megs pads and sonus pads are the best in my opinion.
I gave away my LC pads.. i burned paint twice with those pads. but i still use the 4 inch once with great care..
