Default Where do you get 2000 grit sandpaper?

Was reading the headlight thread from Toto. Where can I get 600 & 2000 grit sandpaper? I understand I need wet/dry sandpaper.. not all purpose sandpaper, for wood or dry wall. This wet/dry sandpaper is black right?
I have XMT #3 on hand will that do the trick if they are not pitted too bad?
Thanks in advance for your help!
