Here is my friends 2002 celica i detailed. i didnt want to correct the paint all the way because this is like his project car and he resprayed the car himself in his shop class and i had NO idea how thin/thick of a paint layer i was dealing with so i just did the best i could without damaging the paint. Anyway enjoy.

WASH:
Washed the car with foam gun with a mixture of Meguiars Hyper Wash and then a one bucket method with Hyper Wash and Zymol sponge.
Rims cleaned with P21s gel, Swissvax brush, and EZ detail brush
TIres and wheel wells sprayed with Meguiars APC 4:1
Clay via Zaino clay

CORRECTION:
Green LC CCS pad and 3m extra cut compound via Makita
White LC CCS pad and PO106ff via PC
Blue LC CCS pad and 3m Ultrafina SE via Makita
Swissvax CF

PROTECTION:
Zymol Vintage
Tires had Blackfire's dressing

Nice work man you used VIntage too!
I wish the Celicas still looked like the ones from 98 and below...IMO Toyota ruined it with the 99 model. The image of the Celica just disappeared..

It's really good. Before using it, you think a car looks good, but once you see Vintage on the car the paint just looks much deeper and wetter. It's also hard to describe, but the paint also just looks cleaner and crisper. I've used Concours and Concorso, but after seeing Vintage the paint just looks cleaner lol. IDK its kind of hard to describe. My correction process is the exact same but the Vintage just adds that extra something.

ya it's actually not a TOO bad of a paint job either, especially for him doing it himself and not a pro at painting. But you can definitely see that a pro did not do it. dont know if you can tell from the pictures, but there is some pretty bad orange peel on the doors.

That first after pic is showing some orange peel if I understand what it is correctly. But, really, the car looks great in those sun shots. Looks like you polished the hell out of it with all those steps. Good luck!!!
