Well here is what I will be doing for the Monthly Competition.

Every month members enter there details looking to win some prices, the winner is announced and receives items from me and the winner is also placed under the "Detailing Bliss Alumni Hall of Fame". Now here is where things get interesting, in theory we should have 12 winners through out a full year.

Well what I'm going to do now is that once the full year cycle has gone through and we have all appropriate winners in the "Detailing Bliss Alumni Hall of Fame" one person will be able to win the year prize.

Now you might be asking your self, what is this "year prize"? Well the year prize will be worth $300.00 and the winner will be able to choose what ever there hearts desire.

The winner will be able to go to any of the forum sponsors and choose any item(s) they desire, I will take care of the money ($300.00), all you have to worry about is making sure you qualify by winning at least once through out the 12 months.

Now I haven't worked out the details as to who's going to pick the winner but I'm open to suggestions.

Well just thought I'd make the Monthly Competition a little more interesting.

also, does it have to be done in that month? or any detail from a previous month?

I ask, because I think if you enter in August, the detail should be from August. Also, I think it should be limited to one enter per person per month.

You can enter any detail you wish, dosent nesesary have to be one that you have done in that particular month. Yes, only one entry per person here are the rules:

No pro detailers may enter this competition, all DB Certified Dealers and DB Representatives may not enter. Now to clarify a pro detailers is a person who earns his living from detailing (that about clears up who is a pro detailer, if this is not clear please feel free to ask and I’d be more then happy to explain it further).
A full write up identifying what products/process was utilized must be entered along with pictures.
Before and after pictures are a must and if at all possible at the same angle and lighting, I stress out the part at all possible. In addition, you don’t need to be a professional photographer to enter but it would help if you try to keep the pictures focused and sharp as best as possible.
All pictures must be entered during the entry post, you will not be allowed to edit your post and add pictures at a later date. All sections that you have detailed must be entered (tires, rims, wheel wells, interior, exterior ect).
You may enter once per month, multiple entries will not be permitted and will be deleted.
Winners from the previous months must wait 3 months before they may compete again. Example, if you are the winner of the month of January you may not enter again until April.
If you enter the competition and fail to follow these rules you will be disqualified and may potentially be banned from entering the competition again.
Once a winner is announced the decision is final.
All entries must be entered by the end of each month.
Each entry must include the month on the title of the thread.
