Default Divine Detail - 2007 Volvo S80

Well we were in for quite a treat with this vehicle. The vehicle was booked for a full interior, now to introduce the vehicle:

2007 Volvo S80

Well here is what we were up against:

Well the vehicle is in great condition, it’s actually brand new but it has been driven, well just like vehicles are supposed to be....driven.

Well on with the detail, first up all floor mats were removed along with personal belongings. Now we were ready to start, first the entire vehicle is given a thorough vacuum:

Meg’s APC diluted is applied to the carpet, let to duel and agitated with a Meg’s brush. Then all carpet is extracted:

Next it was time to give the entire vehicle a wipe down, for the wipe down Zymol Clear mixed with hot water is used along with a micro fiber towel and for all the vents a Swissvax brush is used:

Now it was time to take care of the leather, now this vehicle has gorgeous leather and it needed a good cleaning, for this Zymol Leather Cleaner is used:

Once all the leather has been thoroughly cleansed it was time to re-condition the leather, for this Zymol Treat was used:

Zymol Treat is applied by hand and massaged in to the leather.

Treat is left on the leather wile all the vinyl is treated with Zymol Vinyl:

Now it was time to give all the leather a final wipe down to remove any excess leather conditioner that was not absorbed in to the leather, then all vinyl was given a final wipe down.

That takes care of the interior all that is left are the windows, windows are left for last.
Moving along it’s time for the engine bay, for the engine bay Zymol Strik is used:

Strik is then agitated with a Swissvax brush:

Well once the engine bay was agitated and satisfied with the results it was time to rinse the engine bay off and move along to the rest of the vehicle.

Moving along, it was time to pamper the rims and all areas, first P21S Total Auto Wash is applied to the wheel wells:

Then Amazing Roll Off is applied on the tires:

P21S Gel is applied to the rims. With the help of our long handle brush the wheel wells are agitated, for the inside of the rims the two inch and one inch wool brush is used, the face of the rims is agitated with a Swissvax brush. All that was left is to rinse the wheel wells, rims and tires.

This process was done to all rims, tires and wheel wells.

Now it was time to give the exterior a thorough wash. First the CR System is connected:

The two bucket system with grit guard is used:

For shampoo, Zymol Clear is used:

Along with a Zymol Sponge.

The entire vehicle, along with rims are washed and rinsed off with Dionized water.

The entire vehicle is dried of with various waffle weaved micro fiber towels. To finish off the engine bay, the engine bay is dressed with 303:

Tires are dressed with Zymol Tyre and windows are finished with a glass micro fiber towel.

Now here are some before and after pictures of the interior:

Oh yes, I agree these volvoes are quite the vehicles. Nothing but luxury inside of them. I didn't realize this but this particular Volvo has quite the aggresive stance. Lovely vehicle in deed.

Thank you for the kind words. The interior sure finished off quite lovely. The interior would be quite difficult to maintain though, but very lovely.

Thank you pirex, just curious are Volvo's big in Norway. I think they are, but are they as big as Audis?

Thank you for the compliment my friend, very much appreciated

Excellent work there!!

I love Volvo cabs, just such lovely places to be and no stupid crazy IDrive system to over complicate the driving experience. Just logical ,well thought out, functional and amazingly comfortable.

I love my Volvo too!
