Default 2002 Tahoe (lots a pics!!!)

This customer was a referral from vette girl. He bought 2002 Tahoe with 70K miles used in October and had not had a chance to do much with it.
Products used:

Interior
303
Stoners Invisible Glass
Jax Wax Dash vent Magic
DG 221
Four Star Ultimate Leather Conditioner
Floex
Little green machine

Exterior:
CG citrus
Pinnacle lube and clay
DG 501 Sorry….. Sparkie and Al… I still love it as a bug and Tar remover
Black again
SCG Absolutely perfect Polish
WG total Swirl remover
WG Finishing Glaze
Klasse HGSG Two coats on that beast :headband:

Wheels:
P21S
ARO
CG VRP
CG 265

Interior was in good shape, the leather had seen better days. He bought this used in October. Thank goodness for rubber floor mats

Cleaned with DG 221 and conditioned with 4 star.
This was from the bottom to the driver’s seat. He bought it used and had not had a chance to clean it yet.

A little something on the door no problem

The carpets were in great shape!!! But I gave them the once over just in case.

Since it was going to rain for several days I got started in the rain at nearly dark
Darn I didn’t get any before of the wheels But somehow I remembered the wheel wells :shred:

Here is the monster before. See.... Sparkie and Jimmie 2 lights are up!!! One more to go

Bugs and pollen H had just got back from a road trip

Tar…. Sorry…. Sparkie and AL… you know what I used I can’t help myself

OMG Look!!!! He cleans the inside of his gas tank!!!! Ohhh…. Boy I get the feeling he is going to go over this vehicle with a fine tooth comb

Chrome had been polished but someone didn’t’ get all the way to the trim

There much better

50/50 shot

50/50 shot of the front

The darn roof and the trenches. I did it by hand with Klasse AIO, then applied the sealant. What does everyone else do?

I am not sure what this is but I didn’t do it!!!! I thought it was old wax but I could not get it off

The sun came out for a few hours and I was able to get this after polishing.

Here is the end result after 2 coats of Klasse HGSG

Darn camera I couldn’t get it to focus

No over head lights on

Sorry…….. Ketil no outside distance shots for you. I has rained for the last 5 days here!

He just left and gave me permission to post the pics. Boys…. Be nice the will be looking for this tread.
He was a great guy we talked shop for about 20 minutes. He had an EZ brush and told me ….oh yeah…you have to use it to get behind the face of the rims. I almost fell over He even takes his rims off his BMW to clean and glaze them I told him about the two bucket method and grit guard, he loved it He was telling me about a problem he was having with his boat seats and a few other areas. I told him about ARO and sent him home with a sample of DG 501

Darn I forgot the engine pics here ya go

Very nice turn around Tonay and I'm enjoying your write ups more and more

You asked about the roof, what I do is I just tape it off and polish just like the rest of the vehicle...you'll need to have a pad that is at least 5inch the biger it is the harder it is to polish the roof but that's just the way I do it.

Hope this helps and sounds like the owner know a bit about detailing that's good.
