Default 2005 Silver BMW (Pics!)

This is a daily driver that was in great shape. I only had to do minor correction in a few spots, it was mostly minor scratches Thank goodness because this clear was as hard as nails!

Products used:

Wash

DP Extreme Foam
DG 501

Wheels

P21S
ARO
SCG Road Trip Grime Destroyer
CG VRP
DG 501 on face of rims followed by AW
DG 265

Chrome

SCG Absolutely Perfect Polish

Paint

Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay and lube
WG Total Swirl Remover Orange Pad
WG Finishing Glaze White Pad
Klasse high Gloss Sealant Glaze 2 coats
AW as LSP and in jambs

Interior

303
Four Star Ultimate Leather conditioner
Folex
Stoners
Jax Wax Dash vent Magic

Engine

Lots’ Awesome
Steamer
DG 265

Here is what I started with.

Some scuff marks

Ohh.. that’s not good

I am not sure if you can see it but there is a slight scratch across the hood

He said he is always fighting brake dust. Poor guy I am just the person to take care of this

Interior was not bad at all

For once it was not raining so I got started on those rims. Now… which one does not belong.

There we go…. Much better!

Washed and clayed the car. I took a pic so you could see I was only using ½ a bar this time. So.. stop making fun of me

Scrubbed the floor mats and gave the interior carpet a quick clean. It was not bad at all.

Cleaned and gave them some stripes.. sorry they are hard to see.

Started polishing and got that slight scratch and a few others

OK… the hood is looking good

Side is done and I was able to catch the Ohio State flag in the reflection shot GO BUCKS!

Now …….I really hated these lower panels with the crease in them… so I smeared DG 501 all over the lower panels and removed most of the scuffs by hand. Then followed up with DG 501 on a white pad speed 3. I hated the way I had to hold the PC and the crease made me nervous. I was afraid I would lose control of the PC. But it worked. What should I have done?

I didn’t get all of it.. but it is an improvement I used SCG absolutely perfect polish by hand Any other suggestions for next time?

Now for the engine it needed a little work Opps I startd on it a little before I took the before pics

I almost missed the inside upper part of the chrome in the grill

I did what I could for the engine. I still will not use the pressure washer. Too scary!

I know you guys love black wow but I still have some Black again Wolfpacker saying never get it on the paint has me nervous

On to the interior

I caught that streak on the left side and fixed it already

Yep….. Jimmie I am using those sticks you sent me. Thanks again! They work great on the vents too. I wrapped a MF around it

Before

After

All done

Before

After

Ohh.. got the tail pipes too

If finally stopped raining so I rolled it out of the garage and took some pics as fast as I could. Ketil you better appreciate these shots because I had to wipe the darn pollen off even though it was only outside for a minute

I tired to capture the flakes

I found them Sparkie! There the cheap version but they will work for around the house....plus they are scarlet and gray....go bucks!

If you see anything I missed let me know. I will have the car for several more hours
