Finally finished... Well my hood for now lol
Well last time I posted that I used my PC for the first time, then broke it. Well it is all fixed and I wanted to finish the car but only had time for the hood.
Washed the car 2 buckets and Z7 Clayed with Meg smooth Surface The car was swirl free from the last time but had some scratches still on it So I used Prima Swirl with Orange CCS Pad Duragloss 501 White pad DG 111 by hand Full sun pics 24hrs later         Here is the hood before   I do not think the pics show it to well but the hood looks a lot better. The last past of swirl took care of all but 1 major scratch and the DG 501 cleaned the white up nicely. My fiance who could care less bout anythin I do with the car even made a comment about how good the hood looks. Last edited by sal329 : 06-01-2008 at 01:42 PM.

Right after I was done I was helpin my neighbor install a T stat in his Mustang and she was askin if I planned on doing my hood at all, I told her it's done and she looked and laughed. Yea she knows how to drive me crazy lol
I still need to get some AW I used Prima Hydro and really like it but still want to try AW, cheaper and local. The 501 on a white pad speed 2.5 was nice and easy.
