How do you like that Megs Hyper Dressing?

WOW! Very nice! What kind of foam is the little spot buff pads?
The soft foam or the dense like SONUS?

they are dense Fminus like Sonus but smaller, I have some very soft waffle type ones aswell he sent me to try few weeks back which I believe are 3m for finishing
