I play a bit with my PS3. Picked up GTA4 when it came out. I seem to play in waves, I'll be hooked for a few hours a night for a couple weeks and then not play at all for a few months. I love war games. I think there was a Battlefield game coming out that I wanted to check out. I'll have to pick that up if it's out.

Doubt anyone else plays these but I've been a big fan of Operation Flashpoint as well as Armed Assault for PC. There's a helluva learning curve in those games compared to others but I dig the realism.
BlueZero- The game you're thinking of is Battlefield: Bad Company. Reviews: http://www.1up.com/do/reviewPage?cId=3168357 http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/acti...any/index.html http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/882/882183p1.html Last edited by Charlies02GLS; 08-12-2008 at 09:53 AM. |

. I'll be honest, the first couple of outings with Operation Flashpoint were some of the most frustrating times I've had playing games but once you get over the learning curve it's alot of fun. I still play it 7 years later. ARMA (Armed Assault) is a bit rough around the edges, the studio developing the game broke away from its publisher or something like that midway through making the game so they lost a good chunk of financial support. I know there are Youtube videos showing gameplay and the mod community is a big part of this game (as it is with OFP) which adds to the replay value. |
