I'm a little hesitant posting this. I have a guy I used to work with that took a different job and relocated to Houston a few months back. He recently purchased a CPO BMW 530i, and was looking to get it cleaned up. i believe exterior only. He had an Acura RL ('02 I wanna say), and still has a MDX for the wife. I detailed the exterior of both cars last fall. The MDX was absolutely hammered, and I was able to get it pretty good looking. He usually takes good care of his cars. Problem is, he can be a little difficult to deal with at times. I'll have to dig it up, but I can post the IM discussion we had on where he kept trying to hammer me on price. I was already below where I wanted to be, but he kept pushing the issue on price on being buddies and wanting the "good friend" discount. I told him he can take the MDX to Maaco and pay a few grand for them to put a crap paint job on it, or pay me my final price.

Anyway, he is looking for a referral in the Houston area for a detailer. I think as long as you stick to you guns on price, you'll be fine. If anyone is interested, send me a PM. Thanks.

Hit him between the eyes with the price and give yourself (or whoever quotes him) room to come down..he'll think he's getting a deal.

I didnt know you were in Houston, I will have to send you some referrals. There are a lot of wealthy customers that have been asking about a reputable detailer in that area!
