Tell me about it!!!

Still no email or phone call from the company... They are starting to look very guilty.

I just know thats not going to happen, they don't even know what a clay bar is, so no doubt they will tear through the paint with a buffer and wreck the perfect paintwork trying to get the overspray off.

Hmm, I wouldn't be too sure about letting them touch your vehicle again. Who know how much more worse it could possibly get.

Sorry to hear about this happening to you Paul...

It's sucks to see something like that happen to someone famous for his attention to detail.

I hope you get your van fixed properly this time.

Paul, tell them to compensate you for the work that it will take you to fix it. The wheels, they might be beyond replacing. Tell them that it's guaranteed to look worse if they put any kind of buffer to it and that it will take even more money to get it to be perfect again.

Also, ask them why they went directly against your request not to touch the paint.

Next time, make them sign a contract! That will make 'em make sure not to touch it, hah!

I would suggest taking it to a repair facility of YOUR choice and tell them to pick up the tab. I can't agree with the guys more that any other course of action is going to end up with you selling off this truck and getting another one. Not saying your anal or anything! LOL MY last work truck wound up with a dent in it and I drove it for 2 years and sold it like that because I was afraid of something like this happening. Good luck with this, Paul.
