That really sucks to hear Paul. If they don't do something to fix or reimburse you somehow personally then there must be a way to get them legally.

Update:

letter sent too both monkeys, total cost to fix it all - about £8,000-£9,000 including ripping out the back and re-doing it all again, I've got about 10-12 dents on the roof as well.

So far I my Solicitor bill is £4200, more than the cost of the job which made this mess.

Within 28 days I will hear the companies defense, I can't wait too see this!!

Spoke to Speedliner UK today, to be told that "all vans have dents, even new Lamborghini's have dents".


Luckily the company who supplied the van and the Mercedes dealership are happy to do what they can to help.

The case continues....

Sorry to hear this Paul.

People with that kind of mentality do not deserve to be in the automotive field.

I hope you win in court and can recoupe both the cost for the job and attorney fees.
