Exclamation picture resizer.

What do you guys use to resize you pics??? I had Windows XP on my previous pc, and used one by microsoft (added in a simply right click option, not a separate slow-down computer program), but it doesn't wanna work with Vista...
Can anyone recommend me something that's free (I ain't paying for it, hell no), and doesn't slow down pc. Maybe from microsoft, if they have it...

TIA.

I use VSO Image Resizer. It works for me when I don't have to do any photo editing with Photoshop CS3.

I used to use Irfanview in Windows. Awesome lossless picture resizer, free to boot.

You can do it with the Paint program that comes with Windows put there are easier programs out there. I use Photo Studio.

From Paint click Resize/Skew from the Image menu then enter the same % that you want to reduce the picture by for both the Horizontal and Vetical dimensions and click OK.
