Default Waxing Air Force One...

I was watching a show earlier about Air Force One. Apparantly, there are two identical planes that form the Air Force One fleet.

And they showed four guys waxing it. By hand! Apparantly, they don't allow buffers on it. So yes, they have to wax both planes by hand. And that's a Boeing 747-200!

Amazing!

That was actually a retired Air Force One plane that they detailed, not the current two. No machines are used on those, just hand waxed. Probably with Crystal Rock!

LOL this thread is just too funny. So when can we expect the 2 planes in the Pro Detaling/Show and Shine section?

I believe Renny Doyle from Attention to Details has had the opportunity to work on AF1.

lol...wow by hand that's in sane I did a small single engine air plane with sneek and it kicked my rear end...to this date I have not detailed anything tougher then that little air plane...incredable how big a small single engine air plane can be

Now imagine a full sized 747 wow

Oh but I would love to do such an air plane..heck I'll even book time off from work for such a job, no questions asked ....question is who else would love the opportunity?
