Sounds good to me Chris, the fact that you offer the US guys the option to use regular mail and save that's not bad at all.

So um..does this mean my packages will get to me faster huh, huh does it does it

...I can't lie. i was the #1 hater of Canpar. They almost got one shipment to me on time though! hahaha One time they almost shipped me an extra box of goodies from Chris, so I guess we are even.

I am a big UPS fan if the price is close, beucase I find that they are much faster. Maybe their shipping time calculator is just set to show you a longer date, but I almost always get my shipment ahead of time. The only thing is that you get killed by them when shipping internationally. This is fantastic news for me!

Yea it took me over 5 weeks to get my pads and the APC is still missing.....

Just curious as to what happened Chris. I have always gotten my stuff from you without any problems. Have you looked into just using canada post? They offer overnight, tracking etc as well don't they? Good luck!

When you ship 30+ packages per day you can weed out bad carriers quickly. Here is our UPS experience.

Saleman visits us on a Friday, makes a bunch of promises. Salesman is on vacation the next week when we start using UPS. Most of the rates he promised were not applied and the software packages were not working correctly. UPS tech support is high school students who actually asked me what httpS is (Instead of http). Missing packages, damaged packages, packages delivered to completely different provinces, tracking not working....the list goes on and on. The 5 weeks we were with UPS I spent over 30 hours on the phone and email trying to solve problems..
