Default Sorting the posts/threads

Hi nica i was just wondering if there could be a "button" to click on so that we could view
1. New Posts
2.New threads

I seem to click on the topics i have read again as there are new posts.

Currently it is all on the latest posts being at the top of each forum, was wondering if we could have an option of latest threads being at the top of each forum.

Thanks Nica just a thought

Well there currently is a button on the top bar called "New Posts", you click on it and all new posts that have been posted from your last visit will be brought up.

There is also another button under Quick Links called "Todays Posts" this will bring up all the posts made in that day.

As for the new threads suggestions, I'm not sure I'm understanding your request...I mean when you click on the New Posts it brings up all the new threads as well.

Again not sure if I'm miss interpreting your suggestion here.

Sorry about that nica.
What i meant was. When we click on forum home . then click on a forum topic. The threads that appear at the top of that page would be the threads with recent posts. I was wondering if there could be a button to click on as an option < for latest threads > and click it again and it would be the way it is now with latest posts in thread to appear on top of the list.

Sorry Nica just had an idea ^_^

Oh no need to be sorry kogenx, there is no bad idea my friend

If I remember correctly though, when you enter a forum the latest thread will apear on the top and tha is based on recent posts.

So basically if no one posts on a thread well it just keeps getting bumped further down the numbers of threads started....um...does this make sense?

Let me know.

Yup that makes sense nica ^_^
That was why i sorta had this idea - to have the option of latest threads too.
For example : Maybe on the weekend there may be 10 new threads and 10 new threads on one forum topic (going for the extreme here sorry hehe) erm with the idea i had. with a click on a button - it will show the 10 latest threads instead of the latest thread with replies posted. as the new threads with no replies yet getting bumped down by the other 10 threads which had recent posts on it.

I hope that made sense

Thanks nica
